SEO AI, operated by Genesis Virtue ("we", "us", or "our"), helps authorized users manage their Google Business Profiles. This policy explains how we handle personal and business data.

Information we collect

We collect the name, work email address, and password information required to create a workspace. When you connect Google, we receive OAuth authorization tokens and the Google Business Profile account, location, review, post, media, and performance data that your Google account is permitted to access.

How we use Google data

We use Google Business Profile data only to provide requested workspace functions: list locations, display reporting, prepare and send approved updates, publish posts, manage reviews, and keep an update history. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.

Sharing and security

We do not share Google Business Profile data with third parties except service providers needed to run the platform, where required by law, or with your explicit instruction. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, and workspaces are isolated so users can access only their own data.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and workspace data while your account remains active. You can disconnect Google at any time, which disables future API access for that workspace. To request account or data deletion, contact us using the email below.

Your responsibilities

You must connect only Google accounts and Business Profiles that you own or are authorized to manage. Google controls profile ownership, verification, and API permissions.
