These Terms govern use of SEO AI, operated by Genesis Virtue. By creating an account or connecting Google, you agree to these Terms.

Authorized use

You may use the platform only for businesses and Google Business Profiles that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and policy compliance of all content you publish.

Google integration

Google access is granted by the connected Google account through OAuth. We cannot grant access to a profile that Google has not assigned to you. Google may limit, reject, or remove API access, verification, place actions, posts, or other features at any time.

Updates and review

You are responsible for reviewing updates before sending them to Google. Some content features may not be available for every profile, country, category, or verification status.

Account security

Keep your password and devices secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, violate Google policies, or threaten platform security.

Service changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of ranking, visibility, reviews, or Google approval.
